摘　　要：利用场强的边值条件，定性地证明了在电介质分界面上折射场强方向和大小的变化规律。With the boundary value condition, a question is set through strict and careful study, and the tendency and change of the direction of refraction of the intensity of electric field of dielectric medium on the demarcation are worked out.
