摘　　要：骨盆肿瘤由于位于骨盆中，重要脏器、血管、神经多，处理较为困难。作者回顾了３０年来收治的３４例，良性１４例，恶性２０例，均有病理诊断，治疗方法各异，并介绍了近年来骨盆肿瘤的治疗选择的新概念及手术指征，旨在总结过去，提高今后疗效。AbstractThirty four patients with bone turnors of thepelvis were treated from 1962 through 1993.16 pa-tients were in the third or fourth decade of life.Theothers were below 20 or above 50 year of age.The ili-um was involved in 20 cases, the pubis in 3,the ischi-um in 1,and the sacrum in 10.There were 14 cases ofbenign tumors and 20 malignant tumors,the diagnosis were all confirmed by biopsy.The treatment of bonetumors of the pelvis must be individualized.Resectionof the lesions was done in 21 cases,curretage of the lesion in 1,hemipelvectomy in 2,En Bloc resection fo the pelvis with reconstruction of the pelvic ring byplate in 1.Chemotherapy was given in 1 case.8 caseswere not treated after biopsy.
