摘　　要：作者报告６例皮质旁骨肉瘤超微结构观察，男１例，女５例。年龄１７～４４岁。部位：股骨５例，胫骨１例。５例行大腿上１／３截肢术，１例行肿瘤段切除后人工膝关节置换术。电镜观察结果：大量肌纤维母细胞样肿瘤细胞存在，其次有纤维母细胞样肿瘤细胞，骨母细胞样肿瘤细胞，未分化肿瘤细胞。肌纤维母细胞样肿瘤细胞存在为皮质旁骨肉瘤超微结构的重要特征。AbstractThe authors reported ultrastructural observationof 6 cases of parosteal sarcoma. The patients were 1male and 5 females with the age ranged from 17～44.The bones involved were femur in 5 cases,and tibia 1case. Amputation was done in 5 cases and resection ofthe tumor and total knee joint replacement in 1.Underthe transmission electron microscope,there were largeamount of myofibroblasts, osteoblast-like, fibroblast-like and undifferentiated tumor cells,However the pic-ture was different from the conventional periosteal oe-teosarcoma, The presence of large number of myofi-broblasts is the special feature of this tumor.
