摘　　要：自１９９１年３月～１９９３年１０月作者为７例髋臼周围恶性骨肿瘤病人进行了局部切除，异体半侧骨盆及全髋关节移植和瘤骨骨壳灭活再植进行重建，获得成功。随访０．５～３年，效果良好。４例优，２例良，１例未行评分。AbstractFrom May of 1991 to October of 1993,7 cases ofbOne tumor involvi ng acetabulum underwent local re-section and recons tructed by allograft transplantationor replantation of attenuated disease bone successful-ly,After 6 motiths to3years follow-up,4 cases gradeexcellent and 2 cases good.
