高压氧对脑动脉硬化患者血液流变学和血脂的影响

摘　　要：观察了高压氧（ＨＢＯ）治疗对脑动脉硬化患者的血液流变学和血脂的影响。结果表明，３４例患者在治疗前均有不同程度的血液粘稠度升高和高脂血症。ＨＢＯ两个疗程后，全血粘度下降非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），血清高密度脂蛋白浓度明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），血清胆固醇和甘油三酯浓度变化不明显。以上提示，ＨＢＯ对预防全血粘稠度升高的脑动脉硬化患者发生脑血栓形成是有价值的。The influence of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)on hemorheology and blood lipids in 34 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis was investigated.The results showed that the blood viscosity and blood lipids of all patients were increased in different degrees before the treatment;whereas after two courses of HBO therapy,the blood viscosity was significantly lowered(P<0.01 ),the serum high density lipoprotein was elevated(P < 0.05),but there was no change in serum cholesterol and triglyceride。These findings suggest that HBO therapy is of great value for the prevention of cerebral thrombosis in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis.
