大肠癌术后腹内复发的放射免疫显像研究

摘　　要：用１３１Ｉ标记抗癌胚抗原单克隆抗体（ＣＥＡＭｃＡｂ）对临床难于诊断和处理的大肠癌腹内复发病变行放射免疫显像（ＲＩＩ）．１１例患者中１０例为阳性，ＲＩＩ共检出≥２ｃｍ的癌症灶１７／１８处，假阳性、假阴性各１处．故其对≥２ｃｍ癌症灶的探测灵敏度和阳性图像的实际符合率均为９４．４％．ＲＩＩ对血ＣＥＡ阴性、隐匿性复发和腹内广泛播散者均有较高的诊断价值．ＲＩＩ还能判断复发癌是否侵犯膀胱．Abstract This study was designed to evaluate the usefuiness of RII for the diagnosis of intraperitoneal recurrent lesions of colorectal cancer. Of 11 cases examined. 10 were positive. RII found 17/ 18 recurrent lesions which is≥2cm, with 1false-positive and 1 fasle-negative lesion. Its sensitivity and predictive value of a positive scan were 94.4%. RII is of high value in disclosing seronegative and occult recurrent patients and the patients with wide spread intraperitoneal metastases. Also RII was effeetive in diagnosing whether the bladder was infiltrated by recurrent cancers.
