摘  要:教育的发展对高等院校青年教师提出了更高的要求,较高的内在素质和较强的创新能力是青年教师融入社会、参与竞争并最终取得成功所必需具备的一种素质。青年教师情商的培养则有助于青年教师素质的快速提高,促进其早日成才。本文就医学院护理专业青年教师情商培养的意义及方法进行了探讨。The great development of education puts forward a high requirement to the young teachers of colleges and universities. The advanced inner quality and the strong innovative ability are the necessary qualities for the young teachers to mix into society, take part in competition and get success in the end. The cultivation of young teachers’ emotional intelligence quotient helps their quality increase quickly and urges them to become talents as early as possible. This article probes the importance and the method of the cultivation of young teachers’ emotional intelligence quotient in medical colleges.
