摘 要:目的了解渐进多焦镜控制或减缓青少年近视发展的效果。方法-1.00D^-5.00D的青少年近视患者192例,随机分为2组,每组96例;其中一组配戴近用附加度数为+1.5D的渐进多焦点眼镜,另一组配戴普通单焦点眼镜;定期进行验光、测量眼轴和角膜曲率检查共2年。结果2年后,渐进多焦镜组平均近视屈光度增加(0.67±0.30)D,普通眼镜组平均近视屈光度增加(1.36±0.60)D,两组比较,差别有显著性(P<0.0001)。而角膜中央水平曲率,垂直曲率,眼轴长度经两组比较后无统计意义。结论渐进多焦镜能有效减缓青少年近视的发展。Objective To investigate the effects of progressive addition lenses on myopia progression in teenagers. Methods 192 teenagers with myopia between -1.00D and -5.00D were randomly assigned to either progressive addition lenses with a +1.50d addition(n=96)or single vision lenses,conventional spectacle lenses(n=96).Refractive status,corneal curvature,and axial growth were evaluated over a 2 year observation perisd. Results 2 years after progressive addition lenses wearing,the increased myopic diopter was (0.67±0.30)D and the increased myopic diopter was (1.36±0.60)D in conventional spectacle lenses group.Myopia progression with progressive addition lenses was shower than that with conventional spectacle lenses(t=10.07, P <0.0001). Conclusions Progressive addition lenses can be used to slow down myopia development effectively in teenagers.
