摘　　要：目的探讨硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)在儿童屈光不正中的作用及儿童配戴RGP的可行性.方法对32例患儿61眼7～13岁的儿童进行RGP配戴,观察儿童的适应性、矫正视力.结果 RGP的矫正视力(0.76±0.26)比框架镜的矫正视力(0.50±0.28)有明显提高.所有患儿在家长的协助下能安全配戴,无严重的并发症发生.结论儿童配戴RGP是安全有效的.Objective To evaluated the effectiveness,safety and feasibility of applying rigid gas-permeable contact lense in children.(RGP). Methods 32 children(61 eyes) with refractive error werefitted with RGP lense.The wear adaption,visional correction and were evaluated. Results The corrected visional acuity with RGP lense(0.76±0.26) were significantly better than that with spectacles(0.50±0.28).All of the children could well adapt to RGP lense within two weeks.No serious complications occurred within fllow-up period. Conclusions RGP lense are effective and safe for children.
