矫正眼镜对远视性弱视儿童屈光演变的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨远视性屈光不正性弱视儿童不同程度的屈光矫正对屈光演变的影响。方法对124例(248眼)4~5岁复性远视散光的屈光不正性弱视儿童散瞳验光,配镜处方根据检影验光度数分别减低不同球镜度数。第一组减+0.50^+1.00DS(44例);第二组减+1.50^+2.00DS(42例);第三组减+2.50^+3.00DS(38例)。连续观察3年的屈光演变。结果各组患儿的远视屈光度均逐年降低,但第一组的平均每年递减度数明显低于第二组和第三组(P<0.01);第二组和第三组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论不同程度的屈光矫正对远视性屈光不正性弱视儿童的正视化过程有影响。适量欠矫有利于中、高度远视性屈光不正性弱视儿童的正视化过程。Objective To evaluate the effect of refractive correction on the dynamic variation of diopter in children with hyperopia ametropic amblyopia. Methods Optometry with mydriatic cycloplegic was used to examine 124 patients(248 eyes)with ametropic amblyopia aged 4～5 years old.The diopter of all the cases were compound hyperopic astigmatism.The prescription of spectacles were made according to that the diopter of retinoscopy subtracted different dagree hyperopia.Thus,all the patients were divided into group 1(subtract +0.50～+1.00DS,44 cases),group 2(subtract +1.50～+2.00DS,42 cases),and group 3(subtract +2.50～+3.00DS,38 cases).During three years′ treating periods,their dynamic variation of hyperopia diopter were observed time yearly. Results The hyperopia diopter of each group had reduced year after year.But the average reduction of hyperopia diopter of group one was significantly lower than that of other two groups( P <0.01);there was no difference between group 2 and group 3( P >0.05). Conclusions Refractive correction of different degree have effect on emmetropization of children with hyperopia ametropic amblyopia.Moderate undercorrection is useful on emmetropization of children with hyperopic ametropic amblyopia.
