摘　　要：概述了多媒体电子地图的应用现状及其与传统地图的对比,简要介绍了港口多媒体电子地图的开发环境TeleAtlas3.0,详细描述了地图的设计与制作过程,并结合实例分析总结出港口多媒体电子地图设计与实现的基本思路。After summarizing the application actuality of the port multimedia electronic map and comparing it with the conventional map,it introduces briefly TeleAtlas3.0 exploitation environment used for generation the port multimedia electronic map.Moreover,the design and the process in realizing of electronic map are described in detail.Combining with some examples,it analyzes and summarizes the basic construction of the port multimedia electronic map.
