高速涡轮钻在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高速涡轮钻在拔除下颌阻生智齿中的应用。方法将110例下颌阻生智齿的病人,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组的55例病人用高速涡轮钻拔牙,对照组的55例病人用凿骨、劈冠、增隙法拔牙。观察两组病人术中不适、手术时间长短,术后并发症及护理配合。结果实验组比对照组手术时间明显缩短(P<0.05),两组局部肿胀程度,疼痛程度没有明显差异(P>0.05),两组均没发生术后出血、干槽症及神经损伤,但对照组术后出现5例颞下颌关节区疼痛。结论高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生智齿,能缩短手术时间,减轻术中不适,减少术后并发症,值得临床上推广。Objective To study the application of high speed turbine bodkin in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. Methods One hundred and ten cases of patients with impacted wisdom teeth were divided into two groups, fifty-five cases in the experimental group were extracted by high speed turbine bodkin, other fifty-five cases in the control group were extracted by the chisels. Operation time and postoperative edema, mouth open and pain were compared between the two groups. Results Operation time of the experiment group was shortened obviously. There were no significant differences in postoperative edema and pain between two groups (P<0.05). There were no hemorrhage, dry socket and nerve injury in two groups.But there were five patients with temporomandibular joint pain. Conclusions High speed turbine bodkin is better in the extraction of impacted teeth than the chisels. It can shorten operation time, relieve discomfortableness during operation, and decrease postoperative complications.
