β-七叶皂甙钠治疗视神经挫伤12例

摘　　要：目的观察和评价β-七叶皂甙钠对视神经挫伤的疗效。方法将24例视神经挫伤病人随机分为两组,分别用β-七叶皂甙钠注射液及尼可林注射液治疗一个月,比较两组间视力改善及视神经萎缩发生率。结果β-七叶皂甙钠有效率70%,尼可林有效率为40%,视神经萎缩发生率分别为30%和60%,两组差别具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论β-七叶皂甙钠治疗视神经安全有效,是一种效果肯定的治疗视神经病变的药物。Objective To evaluate the results of β- aescin in the treatment of contusion of optic nerve. Methods 24 patients with contusion of optic nerve were randomized into two groups and each group was treated with β- aescin or Citicoline Sodium for one month respectively. Visual acuity and the incidence of optic atrophy were compared between the β- aescin and Citicoline Sodium groups. Results Improvement of visual acuity was achieved 70% in the group treated with β- aescin and 40% in the controlled group with Citicoline Sodium the in cidence of optic atrophy in the two groups were 30% and 60%,respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment with β- aescin is effective safe and confirmative for contusion of optic nerve.
