摘　　要：在水利部和各级政府的指导下,各地水管单位积极探索水利多种经营工作的新途径和新方法,收到了良好的效果,取得了丰富的经验。实践证明,转变观念、加强领导、政策支持是搞好水利多种经营工作的关键,改革体制和创新机制是实现水利多种经营持续发展的重要保障,依托自身资源优势是水利多种经营健康稳步发展的必由之路。Under the guidance of Ministry of Water Resources and all levels of government, local water management units actively explored new ways and methods for diversified economy of water resources and obtained satisfactory results and rich experience. The practice shows that the key to the diversified economy of water resources is change of concept, strengthening of leadership and support of policy, the safeguard is reform of system and innovation of mechanism, and the only way is the full of their own resources superiority.
