摘 要:观察了外界高温(40℃)附加运动负荷(游泳)对SD大鼠TXB2与6-K-PGF1a比值(T/P)的影响,结果提示:大鼠受热后体温迅速上升,TXB2及6-K-PGF1a水平亦增高,以TXB2增高幅度较大,各组T/P比值与对照组比较差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。大鼠心肌细胞膜结构和功能均有不同程度的破坏:细胞膜通透性增加,Na-K-ATP酶反应物减少,G4心肌细胞超微结构损伤更明显,与G3比较,G4动物游泳能力明显降低(P<0.01)。还讨论了上述变化的意义和机理。The ratio of the TXB2 to 6-K-PGF1a(T/P)and the ultrastructure of myocardial cells of SD rats were observed after heat,ex-posure(40℃)and extra load of exercise(swimming). The results showed that the rectal temperature of the rats rapidly rose afterheat exposure.TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1a were increased in the experiment,and TXB2 had a higher level. T/P in the experimentalgroups were significantly different from the control group(P<0.01). The function and ultrastructure of the myocardial cell mem-brane were impaired in varying degrees and the permeability of membrane was increased. The activity of Na+,K+-ATPase was re-duced;the swimming ability was also reduced.The mechanism and the signifcance of the above changes were discussed.
