特制人工假体置换治疗近关节部位骨巨细胞瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨特制人工假体置换治疗近关节部位骨巨细胞瘤的疗效。方法特制人工假体置换治疗12例骨巨细胞瘤。其中6例股骨干粗隆部4例行特制加长柄双极头假体,2例行特制全髋关节置换;2例股骨远端髁部,4例胫骨近端髁部行特制人工膝关节置换。结果治疗后1年以上随访,10例患者关节功能良好,没有1例复发。结论特制人工假体置换治疗近关节部位骨巨细胞瘤能减少复发,使患者早期活动,有助于改善患者的生存质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of special prosthetic replacement in the treatment of patients of giant cell tumors of bone near the joints. Methods Twelve patients with giant cell tumors of bone near the joints were treated with special prosthetic replacement. Results Follow up more than 1 year after surgery the joint function of 10 patients was excellent, no recurrence. Conclusion Prosthetic replacement can reduce the rate of recurrence and enable them exercise earlier, improve the quality of their life.
