胃癌组织内淋巴管形态学及其与癌转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织内淋巴管的形态学及其与癌转移的关系。方法研究32例人胃癌组织和癌旁组织内淋巴管和毛细淋巴管的形态学改变。结果在胃癌组织内以条索状毛细淋巴管为多,而在癌旁组织内则以开放的淋巴管和毛细淋巴管为主;图像分析结果表明转移组胃癌组织与癌旁组织内淋巴管和毛细淋巴管腔面积、周径和管径有显著差异(P<0.05);未转移组胃癌组织与癌旁组织内淋巴管毛细淋巴管腔面积、周径和管径也有显著差异(P<0.05);转移组与未转移组癌旁组织内淋巴管毛细淋巴管最大腔面积、周径和管径也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论胃癌旁组织间质水肿导致淋巴管和毛细淋巴管扩张,有助于癌细胞的转移,癌细胞转移是通过浸润癌周围成熟的毛细淋巴管转移到淋巴结的。Objective To investigate the morphology of the lymph vessels in human gastric carcinoma tissues and the relationship to cancer metastasis.Methods Morphological changes of the lymph vessels and capillaries in 32 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissue of the tumor.Results Numerous lymph vessels and capillaries were seen with opened lumen in the adjacent tissues of the tumor,and fasciculated lymph capillaries were most frequent in gastric carcinoma.The maximal lumen area,perimeter and diameter of lymph vessels and capillaries in gastric carcinoma and the adjacent tissues were significantly different between metastatic group and non-metastatic group (P<0.05).Conclusions Dilation of lymph vessels and capillaries due to interstitial edema of the adjacent tissues of gastric carcinoma facilitates tumor metastasis,and lymph metastasis of carcinoma cells occurs through mature lymph capillaries in the adjacent tissues.
