Leptin在乌鸡下丘脑和脑干的分布研究

摘　　要：为了探讨leptin在禽类下丘脑和脑干中的分布,本研究选用健康乌鸡,经灌流固定后,切取下丘脑和脑干制作石蜡连续切片。采用免疫组化SABC法研究leptin在乌鸡下丘脑、中脑、脑桥和延髓中的分布。结果显示:leptin在下丘脑室旁核、中脑动眼神经核、结合臂交叉核、线形核、脑桥中缝核、桥内侧核、桥外侧核、延髓中缝核、迷走神经运动核和舌下神经核中均有分布。上述核团中的leptin可能通过旁分泌或自分泌的形式,参与对摄食等多种功能的调节。In order to investigate the distribution of leptin in poultrys hypothalamus and brainstem, 6 healthy silky fowls were used in the present study. They were perfused and the hypothalamus and brainstem were taken out. Serial paraffin sections were made and stained by streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (SABC) method. Immunolabelling for leptin was found in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus, oculomotor nucleus, decussation of brachium conjunctivum nucleus, linear nucleus, pontine raphe nucleus, pontine medial nucleus, pontine lateral nucleus, medullary raphe nucleus, motor nuclei of vagus nerve and hypoglossal nucleus. The results indicate that leptin is distributed in silky fowl hypothalamus and brainstem, and it may regulate food intake and other functions possibly through parasecretion or autosecretion.
