摘 要:分析201例老年人白血病细胞学类型分布情况,并以同期收治的1529例非老年白血病患者为对照。201例老年白血病患者占同期收治的白血病患者(2102例,包括儿童患者372例)的9.6%。其中男性148例,女性53例,男女之比为2.8:1;非老年组男性990例,女性539例,男女之比为1.8:1。老年组急慢性白血病之比为1.8:1,非老年组为3.9:1,老年组M_2型急非淋占急非淋的63.0%,慢淋7.5%;非老年组分别为44.5%及0.5%。急淋组中两组亚型分布差异有显著性。老年组以淋巴肉瘤细胞白血病为主,非老年组以急淋L_1和L_2型为主。Abstract The Hematology Department of Central Hospital, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Shiyan 442008 The cytological types in 201 cases of elderly leukemic patients compared with 1529 nonelderly admitted in the same Period were analyzed. These elderly leukemic patients accounted for 9.6% of all 2102 (including children cases 372) leukemic patients. There were 148 male and 53 female with the male to female ratio of 2.8:1 in eiderly patients and in the non-elderly group, there were 990 male and 539 female with the male to fomale ratio of 1.8:1. The ratio of acute leukemia to chronic leukemia was 1.8:1 in elderly but 3.9:1 in non-elderly.The predominant type of leukemia of our group was ANLL both in elderly and non-elderly groups, with the percentage doof ANLL-M2 in elderly (63. 1%) higher than that in non-elderly (44. 50%). Chronic lymphocytic leukemia consisted of 7.5% in elderly patients, but only 0.5% in non-elderly. There was significant difference between the two groups of patients in ALL subtype distribution. Most of ALL in elderly was lymphosarcoma cell leukemia, but ALL-L1 and L2 in non-elderly.
