紫外线对纤维蛋白溶解系统活性和血液流变学性质及体外血栓形成的影响  被引量:11

Influence of Ultraviolet (UV) Irradiation on Fibrinolytic System Activity,Hemorrheology and in Vitro Thrombosis

摘  要:以全光谱紫外线(UV)5~11个生物剂量照射3组健康青年人,①组照射右侧臀部,②组照射左侧前臂屈侧,结果两组照射后血浆纤维蛋白原含量(PFL)和优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT)均低或短于照射前;③组UV照射胸前区之前,静脉给予止血芳酸0.1g,照射后PFL不再降低。UV激活纤维蛋白溶解系统(FS)活性可能与其影响了组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)有关。我们并观察到,UV局部照射皮肤可明显降低脑血栓患者血液粘度,抑制体外血栓形成。healthy subjects, who were the young people,were divided into three groups with UV irradiation (5-11 MED) at different parts (1st group on the right buttock. 2nd on the flexion of left forearm, 3rd on the fore-thoracic part). Then, the plasma fibrinogen level and euglobin lytic time were determined at pre-UV and post-UV irradiation. The comparison was made between the pre-VU and post-UV irradiation. The result showed that the plasma fibrinogen level and euglobin lytic time in the 1st and 2nd group after UV irradiation were lower or shorter.In the 3rd group,before the UV was irradiated, the 0.1g P-aminomethyl benzoic acid was first given. The plasma fibrinogen level hadn't alteration. The effect of UV on the fibrinolytic system activity may be ralated to the plasminogen activator. In addition, The blood viscosity of cerebral thrombosis patients irradiated by UV was reduced and in vitro thromoosis was delayed, too.
