摘　　要：在光导纤维胃镜下，应用MFMT－Ⅱ型多功能微波治疗仪治疗食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄80例，按吻合口狭窄程度、病理类型采取相应的治疗方法，结果患者进食状况明显改善，无一例并发症．但该法有一定局限性，对某些类型的吻合口狭窄，配合其他扩张治疗或放疗等。可取得更佳的效果。80 cases who suffered from anastomotic-stenosis of esophageal and cardiac cancer after surgery were treated with the intraluminal microwave via fibroptic endoscope. The treated dose of each patient was adopted according to the degree of stenosis and the pathological change. The result showed that the ingestive ability of patients was obviously improved and no complications occurred. Although the method was a safe,simple and reliable therapy, yet it had a certain limitation in some special anastomotic-stenosis. So they must take other dilation combined with the radiotherapy receiving the better effects.
