摘　　要：１９８７年５月～１９９２年６月对１５例膀胱癌患者施行膀胱全切除可控性回结肠膀胱术。１５例中除１例术后５年２个月因肺炎及肿瘤复发死亡外，１４例随访１年６个月～６年６个月，经血生化、ＩＶＵ、可控膀胱造影、测压等检查。结果表明该术式具有可靠的抗返流，抗失禁作用，以及有低张力和足够容量，插管导尿顺利的优点。From May.1987 to Jun.1992,total cystectomy and construction of continent bladder reservoir with ileum-colon were performed in 15 cases of carcinoma of urinary bladder. One patient died from pneumonia and carcinoma recurrence o years and 2 months after operation, while the other 14 have been followed-up for one year and six months to six years and six months.Blood biochemical test.IVU,controlled cystometr and cystometry have been normal in all.Satisfactory anti-urinary reflux,urinary continence.Lower tension,enough volume and easy urethral catheterization have been achieved.
