摘  要:采用GHRH_(1-29)每日60μg/kg、30μg/kg微泵腹部皮下持续输注,和GH每日0.1U/kg皮下注射治疗特发性下丘脑性GH缺乏性株儒症各20例,治疗时间6个月,比较对生长速率的影响。结果表明:3组生长速率均有明显加速,分别为9.1±2.9cm/年、8.5±2.9cm/年和13.8±3.0cm/年。前3个月治疗效果优于后3个月。GHRH治疗2组,治疗初3个月IGF-1浓度持续升高,6个月时恢复到基值,而GH治疗组,治疗6个月时IGF-1仍呈持续上升。GHRH血浓度随治疗时间延长呈持续上升。GHRH激发试验,GHRH治疗前、后6个月时,GH峰值后者明显大于治疗前基值。最后对上述现象进行了讨论。In this,study, 60 patients with growth hormone deficiency(GHD) of hypothalamic origin were randomized into three equalgroups and received growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH_(1-29) ) 60μ/kg·d(group A ),30μg/kg·d(group B)or growth hor-mone(GH) 0.1U/kg·d(group C) respectively for 6 months . GHRH was administered by contintious subctaneous infusion into the anterior abdominal wall with a portable syringe pump and GH was injected,subcutaneously.Height velocity in three groups all accel-erate during this periods. Mean height velocity at 6-month is group A:9.1±2. 9cm/a, group B:8.5±2. 9cm/a,group C:13.8±3.0cm/a.During treatment ,the serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)in group A and B rose initially but feIl tovalues similar to those before treatment, while increased continuously in group C. Plasma GHRH concentrations increased steadilyover the 6-month treatment period. Peak values of GH after GHRH provocative test after treatment are all higher than those be-fore. The results suggest that GHRH may be a potential therapeutic drug for hypothalamic GH deficient patients.
