低剂量X线治疗皮肤血管瘤  

Treatment of Cutaneous Hemangioma with Low Dose Superficial X-ray

摘　　要：用相对低剂量浅层Ｘ线治疗儿童皮肤血管瘤１００８例。经过１～２０年的随访研究，结果１００８例患者中治愈９５８例（９５．０４％）；显效４２例（４．１７％）；无效８例（０．７９％）。皮损完全消退最短１个月，最长３５个月，平均９．２５个月。经统计学处理，证明２岁以前接受治疗者较２岁以后治疗的疗效为佳。所有病例均未发现任何放射性损伤。结果说明低剂量Ｘ线治疗血管瘤治愈率高，安全可靠，无痛苦，无瘢痕。We treated 1008 children with cutaneous hemangioma with low dose superficial X-ray. They were followed up for 1 ~20 years. 958 patients (95. 04% ) of them cured, 42 patients (4. 17% ) markedly improved, 8 patients (0. 79% ) failed. The shortest duration for clearing the lesions was one month,and the longest duration was 35 months (average 9. 25 months). The therapeutic effect is better in patients under 2 years old than those above 2 years old(p<0. 05). No radioactive injury was observed in all the patients treated. The results showed that low dose superficial X-ray in the treatment of hemangioma in children is of high cure rate, safe,painless, and has no scar formation.
