摘  要:将人垂体生长激素(GH)腺瘤组织包裹于聚丙烯复合物(XM(50))中空纤维中,移植于去垂体大鼠颈部皮下。大鼠血清GH水平在第8周前明显高于去垂体鼠,接近假手术对照组水平,但第12周时血清GH水平降低至去垂体鼠水平。在8周内大鼠体重也明显增加,与假手术组相仿,至第12周,体重下降。未包裹的垂体瘤组织移植后大鼠血清GH仍低下,体重增加不明显。提示,XM(50)作为免疫隔离可明显延长移植物存活时间,人功能性垂体腺瘤可作为供体来源重建垂体激素分泌功能。Abstract The human pituitary adenoma(GH Adenoma) cells loaded into XM_(50) hollow fiber lumen were implanted into rats subcutaneously in neck. The results: The rat serum GH levels of fiber loaded rats were significantly higher than that of no loaded rats(P<0.01),reached sham controll levels(P>0.05) 8 weeks postimplantation. The body weight were increased within 8 weeks, after then no growth but decreasing. The pituitary adenoma cells transplanted to rat subcutaneous without loaded in the fiber can not survive any more.the rat body weight did not increase, with low serum GH levels as well. This study suggested that: XM_(50) hollow fiber as immuno-isolating material. certainly could prolong grafts survival: human functional pituitary adenoma cells likely be used as the donor of transplantation for restoring pituitary hormone secreting function.
