摘　　要：枕骨大孔区肿瘤，多数是良性肿瘤。本组３４例，其中神经鞘瘤２５例，脊膜瘤８例，海绵状血管瘤１例。大多以枕颈部疼痛、上肢乏力麻木、手部肌肉萎缩为首发症状，早期易误诊为颈椎病，脊髓空洞症等。ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ对定位、定性诊断有利，及时手术切除肿瘤疗效满意。Abstract Tumors of the foramen magnum are mostly benign. This article reported 34 cases,in which 25 cases are neurilemmoma, 8 cases are meningioma and 1 case is cavernous angioma. The initial symptoms are occipito-cervical pain, weakness and numbness of upper limbs and muscle atrophy of hands. It can be misdiagnosed as cervical spondylosis and syringomyelia at early stage. CT and MRI are helpful to ascertain the location and naiure of these tumors.The result of tumor resection is satisfactory.
