鞍上生殖细胞瘤20例治疗效果观察

摘　　要：报告２０例鞍上生殖细胞瘤，１４例经手术加放疗，６例直接放疗。结果表明放疗是鞍上生殖细胞瘤的主要治疗方式，疗效取决于肿瘤的组织类型。手术可以取得确切的病理诊断，有助于指导放疗及推测预后；直接放疗，在定性上虽不如活检准确，根据临床尿崩三主症，ＣＴ所见及试放疗结果也可以做出可靠的诊断。认为，直接放疗应作为鞍上生殖细胞瘤常规的治疗方法，手术探查仅适用于对放疗不敏感的其他肿瘤。Abstract cases of suprasellar germinoma were reported. 14 cases underwent operation and postoperative radiation , others were treated with radiotherapy only. Total resection of the tumor is very difficult and is unnecessary, but the pathological diagnosis of the biopsy is helpful to recommend the use of radiation and predict the prognosis. Radiotherapy without operation could elirninated the operative trauma. The variety of the tumor can be proved fairly correct according to the images showed by the CT and the result of experimental radiotherapy. We suggest, radiotherapy may be the first choice for the treatment of suprasellar germinomas. Operation is only used in the tumor which is not sensitive to radiation.
