17β－雌二醇诱导叙利亚金黄地鼠肾细胞癌的研究

摘　　要：用１７β－雌二醇为致癌剂，对去势雄性金黄地鼠以０．２ｍｇ／只皮下注射，每周一次，共２６周，总量５０ｍｇ／只．２６周时全部动物均发生肾细胞癌，肿瘤属混合细胞型，低度恶性，ＴＮＭ分期为Ｔ＿１Ｎ０Ｍ０－Ｔ＿２Ｎ０Ｍ０．其它器官无肿瘤发生。肿瘤组织病理学特征与人类肾细胞癌相似。In the present experiment,the kidney tu-mors were induced by 17 beta-estradiol inmale Syrian golden hamsters within 6 months. Subcutaneous injections were given with thedose 2.0 mg 17 beta-etradiol per animal dur- ing a period of 26 weeks, The total dose of 17bate-estradiol is 52 mg per animal.The tumorswere characterized as mixed renal cell carcino- ma with low maligancy,The charactertizationof TNM for every tumor was T N M to TNM. No carcinoma were fund inanather organs.
