摘　　要：报告８例少见的指甲以外的血管球瘤，均经手术切除，症状消失．指出在身体其它部位，特别是四肢，出现固定的局部疼痛，与温度变化有关，局部被碰撞及按压可产生剧烈疼痛者，均应考虑为血管球瘤而进行手木探查。Glomus tumor is an uncommon disease. We reported 8 cases of glomus tumor located outside thenail. All the cases nnderwent surgery and the symptoms disappeared. We Suggest that in patients withlocal pain influenced by temperature and aggravated by pressing at the exteremities or other parts of thebody, glomus tumor should be considered and surgical exploration is necessary.
