摘 要:采用血管造影、扫描电镜和氢清除技术,对增龄过程中双后肢大鼠髓核营养状况和软骨终板营养通路进行观察。与对照织相比,双后肢大鼠椎间盘营养明显恶化,终板下血管明显减少,但未观察到终板下骨板的微细骨折、骨痂形成以及骨板增厚。研究显示,异常高应力可能通过影响椎体骨内血液循环导致终板下血管减少和髓核营养障碍。AbstractMicro-angiography,scanning electron microscopy and hydrogen washout technique were used to inves-tigate the disc nutrition condition and the nutritional pathway of endplate in bipedal rats with agting. Com-pared with the controls,the nutrition condition of-bipedal rats underwent deterioration and the number of vascular distribution under the endplate decreased significantly,but no increase in thickness of endplate caused by microfractures of subchondral bone and cal-lus formed during the healing process was observed. The abnormal stress may bring about vertebral body intra-osseous circulation disorder and then consequent decrease of vascular channels which related to the dis-turbance of disc nutrition. This strongly suggested that nutrition conditions of nucleus pulposus were not deteriorated by impaired diffusion capacity,but by de-crease of vasculature that contacts with endplate.
