摘  要:应用一种具有较高性能价格比的扫描电镜图像处理系统,对人体盆腹膜孔进行研究。发现人盆腹膜有两类间皮细胞,即扁平形和立方形间皮细胞。盆腹膜孔仅出现在立方形间皮细胞之间.呈偏态分布,其标准差和标准误分别为9.44和0.98.盆腹膜孔面积主要分布在1.34~32.11μm ̄2之间,变异系数为94.40.在盆腹膜上,腹膜孔的平均密度为7.2%,最大密度是11.6%。The pelvic stomata of human were studied by using computer image processing attached to a scanning electron microscope.In the present study,two kinds of mesothelial cells were found on the human pelvic peritoneum,i.e.flattened and cuboidal cells.The pelvic stomata were presented only among the cuboidal cells with skewed distribution.Its standard deviation and standard error were 9.44 and 0.98.respectively.Most of the pelvic stomata area was between 1.34μm2 and 32.11μm2 with its coefficient of variation being 94.4.The average and maxium distribution density of human pelvic stomata were 7.2% and 11.6%,respectively.
