摘 要:应用稳定性核素15N-尿素检测幽门螺旋菌(HP)感染。当受检者服用15N-尿素遇HP的尿素酶分解后释放氨,氨被吸收入血,部分随尿外排。测定尿氨中15N-丰度和排出率,可了解15N-尿素在胃内分解情况,从而确定有无HP感染。本法诊断HP感染的敏感性为96%,特异性为97%,重复稳定性良好,适于HP感染检测,尤适于监测评价药物消除HP的疗效。e used stable isotope 15N-urea as a tracer to detect the infection of Helicobacter pylori(HP) in humans. A single dose of 15N-urea was administered orally and then urine wascollected everv 30 min for two hours. Gastric biopsy specinnens were taken for histologicalexamination and bacterial culture. Thirty-six subjects were examined using tracer technique,the 15N excretion rate in urine ammonium was much higher in HP positive subjects than thatin HP negative subjects(P<0.05). According to the results of Gram stain and bacteria1culture, the normal range of 15N excretion rate in urine ammonium is below 3%. In 23 HPpositive persons, 22 were positive for 15N excrection test, and in all the 13 HP negativepersons,15N excreation rate was within normal range. Thus the sensitivity of 15N excretiontest in screening HP infection was 96% and specificity 97%.This is a simple accurate, sensithe and noninvasive test for the detection of HP.
