摘　　要：本实验在整体和细胞水平上观察了牛磺酸对内皮损伤后血管平滑肌细胞（ＶＳＭＣ）增生的影响及机制。结果表明，内皮损伤可导致ＶＳＭＣ增生，使内膜增厚。应用牛磺酸后可抑制内皮损伤诱导的ＶＳＭＣ３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ和３Ｈ－亮氨酸渗入的增加及内膜增厚，并对内皮损伤诱导的ＶＳＭＣ钙内流增加及细胞钙含量升高有明显的抑制作用。这提示牛磺酸对内皮损伤诱导的ＶＳＭＣ增生有抑制作用，这可能是通过抑制钙内流，降低钙含量实现的。Abstract Influence of taurine on vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC)proliferation after balloon denudation and its mechanism were investigated in vivo and at cellular level.The results showed that endothelium injury caused VSMC proliferation, intima thickness.Taurine inhibited endothelium injury-induced VSMC with increase of 3H-HdR and 3H-leucine incorporation and intima thickness. Taurine also inhibited increase in calcium influx,calcium content of VSMC.These findings indicate that taurine inhibits injury-induced SMC proliferation,which is related to inhibited increase in calcium influx and calcium content.Qingdao Medical College
