摘 要:报道62例胸部肿瘤病人围手术期作血浆儿茶酚胺(CA)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及血清电解质测定和观察结果,以探讨术后心律失常的机理。血浆CA含量包括肾上腺素(E)和去甲肾上腺素(NE),均于术中开始升高,术后1~2天达高峰,较术前有明显差异(P<0.001)。PaO2术后1~4天较术前有明显降低(P<0.001)。除钾离子外,血清电解质术后均低于术前水平。结果表明:开胸术后心律失常与术后血浆CA升高、PaO2降低密切相关,与血清电解质关系有待进一步探讨。The authors reported the results of determination of plasma catecholamine (CA) concentration, arterial oxygen tension(PaO2) and serum electrolytes (K+, Na+, Cl-,Mg++) during the perioperative period in 62 patients with thoracic cancer. Plasma adrenaline (AD) and noradrenaline (NA) concentrations started to increase during surgery , and reached their peak levels within first two postoperative days and were significantly higher than the preoperative values (P<0. 01). The values of PaO2 during the first four days were lower than that before operation (P<0. 001). Except for potassium, serum electrolytes values were lower in the first 3 postoperative days than preoperative ones.These results indicated: postoperative arrhythmia had a close relationship with the postoperative increment of plasma CA concentration and presence of hypoxemia.The relation between postoperative arrhythmia and changes of serum electrolytes requires further investigation.
