粘弹性物质层间分离用于全厚板层角膜移植治疗大泡性角膜病变

摘　　要：采用粘弹性物质（２％甲基纤维素或Ｈｅａｌｏｎ）注入角膜基质层，使基质深层容易分离，然后在接近后弹力膜光滑的植床上进行全厚板层角膜移植，治疗２１例大泡性角膜病变，术后随访半年。结果表明，可控制症状；１９例患者视力有显著提高，１３例脱盲（矫正视力＞０．０５）。该手术安全、有效，具有很大发展前途。Intrastromal injection of viscoelastic(2%methylcellulose or healon)will facilitate the separation of deep stroma during dissection of recipient stroma.Full thickness lamellar keratoplasty was performed on a smooth graft bed which approached Descemet's membrane.21 cases with bullous keratopathy were treated and followed up for six months,post-operatively.The symptoms were con-trolled in all cases and 13 cases were relieved from blindness with corrected visual acuities over 0.05. The safety,efficacy and reoperability of full thickness lamellar keratoplasty with viscodelamination of cornea for treatment of bullous keratopathy make it a promising technique.
