摘  要:为了解人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的某些类型及某些癌基因与宫颈癌发病及预后的关系,应用HPV16、18,c-Ha-ras-1及c-myc四种分子探针,通过核酸分子杂交技术,对44例子宫颈癌及17例正常子宫颈组织进行检测,并分析其间的关系以及与子宫颈癌发生、发展和预后的关系。结果表明,HPV16、18,c-Ha-ras-1及c-myc在宫颈癌组织中的阳性率分别为50%(22/44)、7%(3/44),64%(28/44)及68%(30/44);正常子宫颈组织均为阴性。并发现宫颈癌细胞分化程度越高者,阳性率越低。据此,认为分子杂交技术检测HPV16、c-Ha-ras-1及c-myc可以作为判断子宫颈癌患者预后的重要指标。ervical carcinoma is a common malignant tumor. In order to study the relationships of the type of HPV or oncogenes to the etiology and prognosis of this diseas,human papilloma virus(HPV)type-16,tpye-18,c-Ha-ras-1 and c-myc oncogenes DNA probes were used to test 44 cases of cervical carcinoma and 17 cases of normal cervical tissues. The hybridization results revealed that positive rates of type-16,type-18,c-Ha-ras-1 and c-myc in cervical carcinoma were 50%、7%、64%and 68%respectively. They were significantly higher than those of normal controls.We also found that the higher the differentiation level of the cancer cell was, the lower would be the positive rate. So we think that those factors may help to make a cervical carcinoma prognosis.
