二乙基二硫氨基甲酸纳对平阳霉素在荷瘤昆明鼠体内分布的影响

摘　　要：应用荷瘤昆明鼠动物模型，将平阳霉素（ＰＹＭ）用￣￣（９９ｍ）ＴＣ标记，观察二乙基二硫氨基甲酸钠（ＤＤＣ）对ＰＹＭ在昆明鼠体内分摘要应用荷瘤昆明鼠动物模型，将平阳霉素（ＰＹＭ）用￣（９９ｍ）ＴＣ标记，观察二乙基二硫氨基甲酸钠（ＤＤＣ）对ＰＹＭ在昆明鼠体内分布的影响。发现ＤＤＣ不能增加瘤内ＰＹＭ的绝对浓度，但可加快ＰＹＭ从尿中排泄，降低非瘤组织的ＰＹＭ浓度，因而ＰＹＭ化疗时加用ＤＤＣ对减轻正常组织的损害将是有意义的。Abstract Diethyl-dithiocarbamate(DDC)is a compound with wide spectrum of pharmacologic activ-ities.It has been shown to enhance the tumor cytotoxic effect of Pingyangmycin(PY).In thispaper,the effect of DDC on the distribution of￣(99m)Tc-labeled PYM in mice bearingsubcutaneous transplant of Ehrlich carcinoma is reported.The results indicate that DDC didnot affect the absolute concentration of PYM in the tumor but it accelerated its excretion in theurine and decreased the concentration of PYM in the non-tumorous tissues.Therefore,DDCcould help alleviate the damaging effect of PYM on normal tissues without affecting its tumorcytotoxic activity.
