摘  要:应用S-P免疫组化方法研究P53和nm23表达变化与胃癌生物学行及淋巴结转移的关系。发现P53阳性染色率为49%,P53过表达与肿瘤浸润深度及癌细胞增殖活性呈正相关(Pearson列联系数分别为P=0.32和P=0.35,P<0.05),P53阳性肿瘤的淋巴结转移率(93%)明显高于P53阴性的肿瘤(60%,P<0.05)。同时发现nm23低表达与胃癌侵袭程度显著相关(Pearson列联系数P=0.28,P<0.05)。nm23低表达者淋巴结转移率(93%)比正常表达者高(49%,P<0.05)。P53过表达和nm23低表达在胃癌淋巴结转移中的关系为独立的联合作用。提示P53过表达和nm23低表达在胃癌淋巴结转移和肿瘤浸润及增殖中起重要作用。AbstractBy using SP immunohistochemical methods,the correlation of the expression of P53 and nm23with the biologic behavior and lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinomas was studied. Abnor-malities of P53 expression were found in 49% of the 88 primary gastric carcinomas. A significantcorrelation was found between p53 overexpression and the depth of invasion and the proliferativeactivities(Pearson Contingency Coefficient p=0. 32 and 0.35,P<0. 05,respectively).Themetastatic rate of tumours stained positively for p53 (93%)were higher than in those with nega-tive P53 staining(60%,P<0.05)Meanwhile, a significant correlation of low expression ofnm23 with the depth of cancer invasion was found(Pearson Contingency Coefficient p=0.28,P<0.05).nm23 low-expressive tumours were associated with a higher incidence of metastasis tolymph nodes(93%)than were nm23-normal expressive(49%,P<0.05).The contributions ofP53 overexpression and nm23 low-expression to the lymph nodal metastasis were the independentjoint action. It is suggested that p53 overexpression and nm23 low-expression might play signifi-cant role in lymph node metastasis and invasion and proliferation in the primary gastric carcino-mas.
