鼻咽癌中医证型与植物神经功能状态的初步研究

摘　　要：作者应用Ｗｅｎｇｅｒ植物神经平衡因子分析法对未经治疗的鼻咽癌患者的证型进行了初步研究，发现鼻咽癌患者大部分呈现副交感神经增强或亢进，中医辨证分型以寒证、虚证为主，与临床分期、病理类型、年龄因素无关。AbstractThe authors used wenger's vegetative nervous balance factor analysis to measure vegetative nervous funtion of 58 patients with NPC. The results suggested that the subtotal of the NPC pa-tients showed reinforcement or amplification of parasympathetic nervous function. The differen- tiation of symptons and sings of TCM esential manifestation was the cold-svndrom or the as-thenia-syndrome. The difference of clinical classification,pathology typing and age was not sig-nificant.
