56例高频超声对颈部肿块的诊断和鉴别诊断

摘　　要：本文报告１９９０～１９９４年间经超声检查，手术证实的颈部肿块（甲状腺肿瘤除外）５６例。其中超声诊断的物理性质与手术结果全部符合，超声提示病理性质３３例，未能提示的２３例。文章分析并讨论了各种颈部肿块的声像图特征以及应用高频超声诊断颈部肿块的价值。指出部分颈部肿块与周围血管的关系和声像图特征对鉴别诊断的意义。This paper reported ultrasonography of 56 patients with masses in neck(except tumor of thyroid) from 1990 to 1994. The ultrasonographic characteristics were compared with surgical result and pathologic examination. The ultrasonographic physical natures of the 56 cases was all consistent with the findings of surgical operation, and it was consistent with the pathologic nature in only 33 cases. The characteristics of ultrasonographic finding and the value of high frequency ultrasonography for diagnosing and differential diagnosing masses in neck are discussed.It is indicated that the relationship between the masses and surrounding blood vessels is valuable for differential diagnosis.
