放疗与动脉内化疗联合应用治疗脑恶性胶质瘤

摘　　要：采用小剂量卡氮芥动脉内灌注化疗与放疗联合应用治疗脑恶性胶质瘤２４例，既避免了大剂量超选择动脉插管给药化疗所致的脑坏死，又利用了化疗对放疗的潜在增敏作用，取得满意疗效，总有效率达９１．６％，无严重并发症。Twenty four malignant gliomas have been treated with radiotherapy combined intra arterial chemotherapy. Radiation was given within seven to ten days after operation. It’s total does reached at 50 60 GY each case. The third to fifth day followed the radiotherapy begining, BCNU was infused into intra cervical artery(40mg/m2/every 4 weekes for half or one year). All the patients had accepted chemotherapy more than four times but one, The total effective rate accounted for 91. 2 percent. Eight patients have lived for more than three years. So that we regard this method for glioma is a simple. safe and effective way.
