Ⅱ期乳腺癌术后的放射治疗──附184例临床分析

摘　　要：本文总结我院１９７５年到１９８９年收治的Ⅱ期乳腺癌１８４例，单纯放疗和放化综合治疗各９２例。全组随访率为９９．５％（１８３／１８４），５年生存率为７７．７％（１４３／１８３），单纯放疗组为６７．４％（６２／９２），综合治疗组为８８．０％（８１／９２），（Ｐ＜０．０５）。放疗剂量以４０ＧＹ－５０ＧＹ适宜。主要死亡原因是远隔转移。This paper report 184 patients with stage Ⅱ carcinoma of the mammary gland were theated from 1975 to 1989 in our hospital.There are 92 patients treated by radiotherapy alone, 92 patients radiotherapy plus chemotherapy in these patients.The 5-year follow up rate was 99.5%,the overall 5-year survival rates was 77.7%,the 5-year survival rates of radiotherapy alone and radiotherapy plus chemotherapy were 67.4% and 88.0%(P<0.05).Radical doses raging from 40-50Gy are considered to be suitable.The chief cause of failure was distance movement.
