摘　　要：本文根据防灾工程的特点,提出了防灾工程投资、灾害损失和防灾工程投资经济效果,以及投资风险分析的一般方法,从而为防灾工程投资的最优化决策提供依据。Based on the special characteristics of disaster resistant engineering, the general methods are developed for investment calculation, disaster loss calculation, the evaluation of economic results of investment and the risk analysis, which furnish a basis for the optimal decision-making in disaster resistant engineering investment.
