摘 要:1978年以来,作者坚持了以超黄早_4为主要目标的早熟硬粒型玉米自交系选育研究,取得的主要成果为H_(21)。用H_(21)取代烟单14号、鲁玉2号、掖单4号等组合中的黄早_4亲本,均比原组合表现优越,取代西玉3号中的“502”亲本,F_1产量也有所提高。H_(21)选育成功的关键,一是选用中国和美国玉米品种资源来组配优缺点互补的基本材料;二是紧扣育种目标,加大选择压力,采用骨干系测交,迅速育成了超标的新杂交种。The new hybrids, made by using early maturing and hard grain inbred ling H221, one of the parents of Yandan 14, Luyu 2, Yedan 4 and other crosses, to replace 'Huangzao 4', were shown to be superior to the primary ones. The F1 hybrid yield could also be improved when H21 was substituted for 502, one of the parents of Xiyu 3. One of the crucial skills of successfully breeding inbred line H21 was to choose some base maize materials from the germplasm resources in China and the United States to make some crosses in which the advantageous and disadvantageous characters could be complemented. Another skill was to follow closely the breeding goal, increase the selection pressure and use some main lines to testcross in order to breed some superior new hybrids.
