考虑粘结刚度时夹层板的振动频率

摘  要:对简支边界条件下以正交铺设层板为面板的复合材料夹层板的横向振动进行了求解,在求解中包括了面板的耦合刚度和面板与夹芯间的粘结刚度.计算结果表明,当粘结刚度超过某一值时,可以认为面板与夹芯粘结完好,但当小于这个值时,粘结刚度对自振频率会产生很大的影响,影响程度与面板铺层、夹芯性质、板的长宽比及振动模态有关.作为一个特例,对正交铺设层板中间一个层间界面存在滑移时其振动频率的变化进行了讨论.Free vibration of sandwich plates consisting of laminated cross-ply fores and orthotropic core is investigated. In analySis, the coupling effect and the bonding stiffness are taken into account. The results show that the bonding stiffness, up to a certain level, has a strong effect on the natural frequency. Beyond this level, the usual assumption of perfect bonding is quite acceptable. But the degree of effect is related with stacking sequence, core property, aspect ratio, and the mode of vibratinn' As a special case, the laminated cross-ply plates with interlayer slip along the midplane is also discussed.
