北京昆明湖底泥中有机物的表征

摘　　要：提取了昆明湖中不同地点底泥中的有机物并对其初步进行了物理化学及生物化学表征，从底泥样品的ｐＨ、Ｅ＿ｈ及有机碳和氧化还原酶的测定及有机提取物红外光谱、荧光光谱和可见光谱表征结果可以看出，在旅游压力大时，底泥剖面样品中有机物的物理化学性质异常，表明旅游活动于扰了底泥有机物的正常沉积过程。Natural organic matters from different locations in sediments of Kunming lake in Bei-jing are extracted and characterized by physicochemical and biochemical methods.pH,E_h,organic carbon and the oxidoreductase as well as spectra of infra red(IR),fluorimetric andvisible photometric measurements of the profile samples show unregular behavior comparedwith others. It can be concluded that sedimentary process of organic matters in sedimentwas disturbed by tourist activities.
