摘 要:研究了用磷氧反应氧化水中苯酚的影响因素与表观反应动力学。发现该反应直于在能保持黄磷熔融的较低温度进行,黄磷用量对苯酚的起始浓度的摩尔比值与除酚效率直接相关。支配苯酚氧化效率的另一主要因素是气液接触效率.对于以此类反应、振荡鼓泡反应器的效率远优于高速搅拌反应器。苯酚氧化反应对苯酚为一级,对磷为0.8级反应,活化能ΔE=38.5kj/mol.磷氧化生成磷氧酸反应对磷为一级反应,活化能ΔE=70.3kJ/mol.A new method of destroying phenol in water by active intermediates produce by areaction of phosphorus with oxygen was reported. The main operating parameters and theapparent chemical kinetics of phenol oxidation in aqueous solution were studied. It wasfound that this reaction preferabaly be carried out at the lowest possible temperature stillhigher than the melting point of phosphorus(43℃).The efficiency of phenol oxideation di-rectly depended on the initial molar ratio of phosphorus to phenol C_0,p/C_(0,ph) and on the ef-fectiveness of gas-liquid contact. It was also demonstrated that for this type of reaction, theAgitation Bubbling Reactor is much more efficient than the speed stirring reactor.The phenol oxidation reaction is of first order with respect to phenol and of 0.8 orderwith respect to phosphorus used.The activation energy of this reaction is E=38.5KJ/mol.The phosphorus oxidation reaction to form phsophorus oxyacids is of first order with respectto phosphorus,The acativation energy of this reaction is E=70.3KJ/mol.
