摘 要:本文对现场测得的曲线钢轨侧磨数据进行三次样条函数拟合,并用数字信号处理方法对采样数据进行处理、分析,求得钢轨侧磨不均匀程度系数(r_w)及其频谱分布图。据此确定最大侧磨,点间距,为分析引起侧磨不均匀的因素提供了方法,并提出一些减缓不均匀侧磨的措施。This paper uses the cubic spline curve fitting function to smooththe data measured from the rail on curve,then uses the signal process methodto analyse and deal with the samplinp data after smoothing,As a result,th6uneven level coefficient rw and the distribution of frequancy spectrum of thewear data can be obtained,and the distance separating maximum wear pointscan be established,This method Of processinp the wear data provides a goodmeans of analysing the reason of causing uneven wear. In the paper,some weardata obtained from rail on several curved tracks were dealt with,and somemediulns to sIow down the wear on the gauge corner of high ranon curvedtrack were also put forward.
