摘　　要：分析２２例胃癌癌细胞ＰＣＮＡ表达和ＤＮＡ含量变化与患者预后的关系。使用常规石蜡切片，以单抗Ｐｃ１０。检测ＰＣＮＡ表达，用图像分析系统测定ＤＮＡ含量，将患者按术后生存分为１年组５例，５年组６例，１０年组１１例进行统计。结果：ＰＣＮＡ表达阳性率在１，５，１０年组间皆有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＤＮＡ含量，２Ｃ与≥３ｃ比较在１与５和１０年组间Ｐ＜０．０１，５与１０年组间Ｐ＞０．０５，２ｃ与≥５ｃ比较在１，５，１０年组间皆Ｐ＜０．０１。ＤＮＡ含量变化与ＰＣＮＡ表达里线性密切关系。作者认为，ＤＮＡ含量测定辅以ＰＣＮＡ检测对帮助判断患者的预后更有价值。The prognostic implication of PCNA(proliferating cell nuclear antigen) expression and DNA contents in Patients with gastric cancer was investigsted.Patients were divided into three groups according to their survival period:≥10-year(11 cases),≥5-year(6 cases),≥1-year(5 cases).Samples from the three groups ofpatients were tested by monoclonal antibody Pc 10 for PCNA expression and by Medical Image Process System for DNA contents.The DNA contents were greater in the number of sc in the 1-year survivors than that in 5-year survivors which in turn greater than that of the 10-year survival group.The PCNA expressions were shown as follows-the mean values in 1-year survival grouP(59. 94%)>that in 5-year survival group(40. 62%)>that in 10-year survival group(20.65%).Hence we propose that both DNA contents and PCNA expression are in close association with the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
