摘　　要：报告天津市肿瘤医院１９７５～１９８７年１２年间治疗上颌窦癌１１９例。其中鳞癌９１例（占７６％），腺样囊性癌１９例（占１６％）。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病人１０４例（占８７％）。总５年生存率４２％，其中单纯放疗组５年生存率２５％；综合治疗组为４６％；单纯手术为７３％。放疗剂量在综合组以５５～６５Ｇｙ为宜，单纯放疗根治量以７５～８５Ｇｙ为宜。From 1975 to 1987, 119 cases of maxillary sinus carcinoma were treated either with radiotherapy or surgery alone, or in combination of the two modalities.Of these, 91 cases (76%) were squamous cell carcinoma, 19 (16%) adenoidcystic carcinoma, and 104 cases (87%) were classified as with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳdisease. The 5-year survival rates in radiotherapy or surgery alone group were 25% (9/36) and 73%(8/11) respectively, and the same rate was 46%(33/72) in the combined therapy group.The overall 5 years survival rate was 42%(50/119). It is recommended that the dosage of radiation should be 55-65 Gy for the combination therapy and 75-85 Gy for patients treated with radiotherapy alone.
